Michael Howard-Johnston, the director, refocused Cookflow, the UK division of his consultancy, to specialise in the UK student and commercial property market following 15 years of cross border investment experience across the European Union. Specialised in European Law and understanding the nuances of the differing markets within the union he has worked to represent a diverse range of foreign investors on numerous successful large scale residential and commercial real estate projects in Poland, Belgium and France. Since 2016 his experience has primarily focused in the UK on high value development projects, revitalisation of failed real estate investments and European investment consultancy to a select base of high net worth and corporate clients. Our tried and tested strategy has delivered a high quality portfolio with all income sensibly reinvested for steady annual growth. This has delivered an above average ROI for our clients while providing a market leading product for their tenants.
